The Story
Ralph Has Been Paving & Sealcoating Driveways and Parking Lots Since 1984
We are a third generation paving company. My grandfather started paving in 1951, my father took over for him in the seventies and I started in the late eighties. Paving is the only work I have ever done. I have an 18 year old son who works with me now and I hope he will carry on the tradition.
We have paved thousands of residential driveways as well as hundreds of commercial parking areas. We take pride in every job we do and each job is owner supervised. We have six full time employees and hire more help as needed to execute bigger or more intensive jobs. We also have all of the modern paving equipment, so that we can give you the best job possible.
Our Mission
Dean’s Asphalt Paving mission is to provide the highest quality results for each of our clients, working with an experienced team who are both skillfull and caring about the professional completion and client satisfaction for each and every job. We strive to build a lasting relationship with our clients by achieving or exceeding their expectations, through driveway maintenance over the coming years using sealcoat to protecting the investment and by winning their confidence by sustaining high standards of quality and safety.
